6. Coconut Mochaccino Cocktail
1/2 can of Illy Issimo Mochaccino
10 ounce of Malibu Coconut Rum
1/3 ounce simple syrup
Finely chopped sweet coconut
Fill cocktail shaker ½ with ice (12 ounce measure).
Add 1 ounce Malibu Coconut Rum.
Add 1/3 ounce Simple syrup.
Add ½ can ISSIMO MOCHACCINO.
Shake vigorously several times in a back and forth motion.
Pour into glass straining the ice.
Garnish with finely chopped sweet coconut.
7. Cruzan “Don’t Hurry” Cane
1 part Cruzan® Vanilla Rum
2 parts Cruzan® Aged Light Rum
1 tsp Sugar
3 Lime Wedges
Combine 2 of the lime wedges, sugar Cruzan Vanilla Rum in a tumbler and lightly muddle for ten seconds.
Add Cruzan Aged Light Rum and a scoop of ice and shake hard for 20 seconds.
Strain into a chilled Hurricane glass and garnish with the final lime wedge.
8. The Summer Wind
2 ounce Brugal Extra Dry Rum
1/2 ounce Triple Sec
1/2 ounce Agave Syrup
1/2 ounce Pineapple Juice
Muddle strawberries in mixing glass, combine remaining ingredients and shake vigorously. Pour into a rocks glass with crushed ice, garnish with strawberry and orange slice.
