While Gaga’s ability to perform is what we love most about the singer, her fabulous figure is definitely runner up. She puts a great deal of effort into staying in tiptop shape so she can wear those diminutive costumes we all know and love.

  1. This article is not helpful. Exercise 1 says, “If you don’t have the resistance cuffs . . . perform the squat deeper.” What squat? The previously described exercise only involved stepping and leg lifting. The picture for Exercise 2 looks nothing like the exercise described. The photo for the last exercise is lifted from a completely different article in Women’s Health. From what I’ve read here, I have no idea how to do these exercises, and I don’t trust that this article’s writer knows, either.
