How To Keep Your Feet Soft and Sexy This Winter!
Celebrity Manicurist Skyy Hadley has the perfect at home spa treatment for dry skin and aching feet.
Skyy Hadley knows how important it is to take care of your feet during these cold winter months. You’re running all over the place looking for holiday gifts, running around the office, rushing through campus, trying to exercise….your feet need a break! Especially if they’re either jammed into boots or teetering on heels.
Try this soothing mask once a week. Most of the ingredients are probably in your kitchen, waiting to give your feet some relief.
Light Cucumber Shell Mask
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Take all the ingredients and place in a blender. Puree them until the mixture is smooth (make sure the cucumber has been blended into a soup-like texture). Put the mixture in a bowl and heat it up to warm temperature. Place half of the mixture in a large Ziploc baggie and half in a second baggie. Slide feet right into each baggie, rubbing the cucumber mask all over feet. Leave on for 5-10 minutes then rinse with warm water. The cucumber is extra refreshing and reviving for tired toes, the lemon helps exfoliate and the olive oil deeply moisturizes for super softness.
Try it tonight and have fresh & smooth feet all week, and then try it again on Friday to rejuvenate those tired toes!
