How to Protect Your Skin This Winter
Seasons change and so should your skin care.

The temperatures are quickly falling. The humidity in the air changes as does each season. Now’s the time to re-evaluate your skin care routine.
Make sure you are getting the most out of your products, and that they are doing is what’s best for your skin. Keep in mind that your skin will have different needs in the coming months.
Follow these simple tips to recharge your skincare routine and stay in tune with each season’s demands:
Start by evaluating the products you are currently using in your daily basic regimen. They should include cleanser, toner, moisturizer and sunscreen.
Seasonal changes often demand a change in the consistency of the products you are using. When it’s warm and humid out, you want to use lighter products such as serums, moisturizers and sunscreens that are delivered via lightweight formula. In the winter when it is dry and cold, your skin will crave thicker, heavier and more intense moisturizing products. You may want to use a gentler cleanser and toner now.
Your skin itself is the best indicator—In the winter if it feels dry, tight or even itchy, or if your cheeks are flakey, these are the definitive signs that you need to adjust your skin care routine.
