June 25th is Take Your Dog To Work Day
Make sure your pooch’s clothes match the office’s dress code!
Instead of leaving Fifi at home, bring her to work and make her fetch coffee for the crew. You can do it on June 25th , that’s the international Take Your Dog To Work Day. Businesses across the world are opening their doors for big and small dogs so they can nap under their owner’s desks.
The celebration was started by Pet Sitters International in 1999. “People love their dogs and pets enrich our lives in so many ways,” said PSI president Patti Moran. “TYDTWDay offers an opportunity for pet parents to show off their dogs to co-workers while giving back to the pet community and promoting a great cause—pet adoption.”
If you do take your pooch to work, don’t forget wee-wee pads, treats and her water bowl. To make sure your dog isn’t sent home for being too sexy, you might want to pick up a dress or tee so that she’s appropriately dressed for work. Take a look at these options:
