Kate Middleton Style Watch: Purple Perfection
The Duchess of Cambridge keeps things casual and still looks fabulous.
Oh Kate Middleton — ahem, we mean Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, of course — how we’ve missed you. After showing off her elegant side at Zara Phillip’s Wedding, the beautiful Brit showed off her casual wear this week. This princess looks just as stunning in a ball gown as she does in sneakers and jeans, reason # 5million why we love her style.
Kate and her handsome hubby, Price William, were spotted enjoying a stroll in Holyrood Park in Edinburgh on Monday, August 1st. We love that the adorable pair are matching in their white collared shirts topped with purple-hued cable-knit sweaters. Kate kept things comfortable by pairing a Ralph Lauren Black Label slim fit cable cashmere sweater ($398, ralphlauren.com) with sneakers and J Brand 811 mid-rise skinny leg jeans ($169, jbrandjeans.com) — still available in navy!
Later that day, Kate was spotted grocery shopping and nope it’s not a misprint. Could Kate Middleton get anymore perfect? Not only is she beautiful and stylish, the princess is down-to-earth enough to shop for her own groceries. Kate got her shopping done solo at a Tesco Supermarket in Holyhead, North Wales. In true Kate Middleton fashion, Kate changed up her outfit before heading to shop. She paired her sweater with Paige Denim Geo Skyline ankle peg jeans in Rhapsody ($189, paigeusa.com),a pair of black ballet flats by London Sole, and plaid scarf by Aquascutum.
If you want to head to the supermarket looking just as fabulous as Kate, we’ve got some great alternatives to achieve her look without going over $100.
