6. Kate and William saying good-bye to Tinsel Town
At the end of their visit in LA, Kate and her husband went to the Inner-City Arts Project in downtown Los Angeles, before they flew back. On July 10, 2011, she wore a navy crocheted top, white pleated skirt and navy heels. The top and skirt are from Whistles. Yup, they sold out in minutes.
7. Nautical is s so nice!
Later on that summer, Kate and her handsome hubby Prince William visited the Summerfield Community Centre in Birmingham, England to meet with locals affected by the riots, as well as emergency service staff. Kate looked stunning in a military inspired look from Alexander McQueen and navy pumps from Prada.
8. War Horse premiere in London
Kate like most of the audience at the London premiere of War Horse cried during the movie. Director Steven Spielberg said that he was honored to pass her a tissue. Kate wore a Kate wore a nude and black lace gown with a leaf and flower motif by Temperley London, carried a velvet evening bag and was shod in Jimmy Choos. She looked stunning despite the rainy, damp night.
.9. Christmas with the (royal) family
Who doesn’t dress up for Christmas? For most of us it’s the perfect excuse to break out some finery. For a private Christmas service with her husband, the Queen and the rest of the royal family, Kate wore a peaked hat from Jane Corbett, a plum colored coat and black platforms from L.K Bennett. We love how festive and chic she looks.
10. African Cats Premiere
Yesterday, Kate and her husband braved rainy weather to go to the premiere of Disney’s African Cats movie in London. It’s weird that whenever Kate and Wills go to a premiere it rains!
Whoever said gray is a boring color, didn’t see Kate! She was resplendent in a pale gray Matthew Williamson dress from his pre-fall 2012 collection. According to What Kate Wore he customized the dress by adding beading around the neckline. She paired the dress with the Kiki Classic Blue Topaz and Diamond Earrings. By Kiki McDonough.
