7. Kiwi Spritzer (for New Zealanders!)
1 Bottle of White Wine
4 cans of Cascal Crisp White Natural Soft Drink
Crushed or Cubed Ice
1 Sliced Kiwi
Mix in glass one part white wine, one part Cascal Crisp White Natural Soft Drink, and ice. Garnish with kiwi. For a simple yet elegant cocktail, this classic standard is reinvented with the complimentary notes of CASCAL Crisp White. CASCAL adds an aromatic hint of Pear, Apricot, and Magnolia. The Kiwi garnish gives additional flavor and character!
8. Star Spangled Sparkler
1 1/2 ounces Blue Ice American Vodka
1/2 ounce Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cassis
Champagne or sparkling wine
Strawberry for garnish
Pour vodka and cassis into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Pour into a Champagne flute and top with Champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with a slice of strawberry.
9. Brugal Gold Medal

1 1/2 ounces Brugal Extra Dry Rum
3/4 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 ounce Honey Syrup
4 Basil Leaves
Muddle Clementine and Basil. Add Remaining ingredients. Shake and fine strain. Garnish with clementine wedge and basil leaf.
