The Return of 90s Nick!
‘All That’, ‘Clarissa Explains It All’, and other classics return to Nickelodeon!
I might be a little biased (okay, I am), but since the 90s, children’s shows have never been the same! Of course there’s Spongebob Squarepants, iCarly, and a few others, but face it. Phineas & Ferb has nothing on Ren & Stimpy and The Little Einsteins can never compete with Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Lil, Angelica, and Susie…before they grew up.
Nickelodeon must have realized that because this week, Teen Nick introduced the “90s Are All That,” a midnight block of all of the popular children’s shows from the 90s. From All That to Clarissa Explains it All, Kenan & Kel to Doug, our classics are being aired on Teen Nick every night for our enjoyment.
Let the nostalgia set in and we get to relive our childhoods every night. Whoever said that the 90s wasn’t the best time to be a child must not have been raised on Nickelodeon in that decade. So 80s and 90s babies, pop some Orville Redenbacher’s, open a bottle of orange soda, and invite over some friends because it’s 90s Nick summer.
If Teen Nick isn’t playing your favorite shows (I’m still waiting on The Rugrats, The Wild Thornberries, and Hey Arnold to show up), then watch them online Oh, and connect with other 90s babies on Facebook.
Now, all we need is Disney to bring back Pepper Ann and Recess and our childhoods will be complete!
