Vinny Chase and His Entourage Boys are Out of a Job
The hit HBO show will have it’s last hurrah next summer.
Entourage is HBO’s longest-running series about four guys trying to make it in Hollywood. The lead character, Vincent Chase (played by Adrian Grenier) is always looking for his next acting role, something that’s not always easy to come by.
It must be hard for Grenier to not see the irony in his situation, as now he, too, will be looking for a new job. It’s been announced that Entourage will end next summer, with a shortened six-episode season. HBO’s programming president, Michael Lombardo, has confirmed the news, but says there may be a movie spin-off. One day.
Until then, Kevin Dillon, Kevin Connolly, Perrey Reeves, Jeremy Piven, and Jerry Ferrara are also out of a job. Let’s hope they know a real-life agent as good as Ari Gold to help them find their next gigs. (The Hollywood Reporter)
