    Its easier if I get my workout in first thing in the morning,any later an I will find too many other things to do.The best thing that I can do for myself is put me first on the list of things to do.As a Mother we often put us off first.Its the best thing I do for me and it gives me a better mental state of mind.

    I find I do much better when I have an appointment to do something with someone else – walk, run, gym, etc. If I just rely on “doing it by myself” it is too easy to “forget”

    my tip is mixing in fresh spinach that was sauteed in olive oil and garllic into most pasta rice and couscous recipes. YOu dont notice it in the flavor but gain nutrition.

    I’m not on Facebook but my tip is to cook most of your meals one day a week so you’re not scrambling after work or finding yourself in the drive-thru lane

    Mantra: “I know what I feel like when I’m done.” With my work-out that is–I tell myself this cuz when I’ve finished a run,hike or weight circuit I feel great!

    My names Cassandra and when stopped at a redlight in traffic, i imagine pressing my bellybutton towards my spine, hold for four seconds the breathe out. I do that about 5times. Really helps out the abs and passes the time at the redlight.
