In addition to saying "Yes We Can" to President-elect Barack Obama, voters Nov. 4th said "No We Won't" to three unsettling antiabortion measures that would have severely limited our reproductive freedom.

Those of us who thought Barack Obama's win was symptomatic of a liberal shift in our country's direction might be rethinking that optimism after seeing the various hate legislation that also passed. And don't even get me started on Grey's Anatomy putting the kibosh on the lesbian story line!

The media queen believed in it enough to buy a dress for his inauguration months ago.
