Eye Cream From the Vortex.
By: Carleigh Welsh
The spurge worthy report: First, let me confess that I was born in California, so I am preternaturally inclined towards anything that has to do with, or can tap into, energy: healing energy, positive energy, earth-core energy. Reiki – sign me up. Vitamins – OD on ’em. Tantric sex – don’t get me started. So when I heard that Estee Lauder’s new eye cream had hematite as its core ingredient – hematite being a mineral found in Arizona and associated with vortexes – I was automatically drawn to it. Add to that, I had a sneak preview demonstration of how hematite responds to and stimulates blood flow according to the naked eye. All I can say is: Apply liberally.
OK, harnessing a vortex obviously comes, in this case, with a massive price tag, as many of the La Mer products do. Never forget that: I know, it’s the most oppressive beauty advice out there, a week’s worth of good night’s sleep; habitual imbibing of water; good diet; lots of good sex – any and all, contribute dramatically to radiant skin. I still like topping it all off with some hematite enriched product.
