All right, girls! On a tight budget? Let’s get down and dirty. Well, not really, because we’re talking about skin care. The key is SIMPLICITY. Less is more? Not more money, though. If you’re one of my beauty junkie friends who need a 12 step regimen to satisfy the Goddess in you, obviously this column may not be your cup of tea. However, you may add some of these products to your beauty arsenal as you please.

Ready? Put some lip gloss on those gorgeous lips of yours because we’re going shopping. Get into your car and set your GPS for your favorite discount or drug store. If you’re an online gal, just Google the following products for the best deal. Don’t forget to look for online coupons for extra savings.

Here’s your shopping list for Harvey’s best budget busting skin care buys under $15.

cetaphil cleanser

Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser ($5.97, walmart.com). Best all around cleanser for ALL skin types — yup, even for the most sensitive of skins.

neutrogena all in one facial treatment

Neutrogena All In One Acne Control facial treatment ($9.34, ulta.com).  It hydrates your skin and clears up blemishes, including past acne discoloration, all in one easy step.

garnier nutritionise skin renew dark spot corrector

Garnier Nutritioniste Skin Renew Dark Spot Corrector ($13.59, cvs.com).  This is an all over brightening product for your face. It alleviates sun damage and reveals a more radiant, even complexion.

Amazing sunscreens, lip balms and more up next!

Thanks, Miss Harvey! I am 57 years old and still have great skin, considering all the terrible things I subjected it to during my youth. I have been going broke paying for skin care and it is ridiculous. My grandmother used Pond's cold cream, died at 98, and looked 65. I'm going to save my pennies for something other than the latest "skin breakthrough".
