How to be Healthier Everyday
- Pack a healthy lunch for work instead of ordering out.
- If you’re too busy to keep fresh vegetables and fruits and definitely too busy to puree, buy baby food (yes, baby food!) and mix it into your sauces or dishes for added nutrients.
- When shopping or ordering out, go for the dark greens and foods rich in color (e.g. romaine lettuce and red/green bell peppers).
- If you don’t want to pay for the gym and the idea of running in public isn’t enticing, run up and down the stairs in your house/apartment/office.
