Feeling sexy comes from within. However you feel, whatever you’re feeling shows in your face and how you carry yourself. Wanna be sexy? Get naked and enjoy how you look and feel. Step One: Get Naked

Being naked feels sexy, so do it more often! There are not too many public places (in America) that support your passion for hanging in the nude. The spa is one of the exceptions. Leave your inhibitions at home and your clothes in the locker; embrace you in your rawest form as you bliss out in saunas, steam rooms and spa treatments.

At-home naked time tip: Spend an hour or five on a Sunday afternoon being totally naked; take a long bubble bath, pat dry, then apply various scented lotions, firming creams, oils and face masks while doing the dishes or cleaning your closet. Close the blinds, and don’t pick up the phone.

Step Two: Get Smooth

There’s nothing cute or sexy about dry, rough, flaky skin. A sugar scrub is your ticket to being irresistibly kissable all over. The benefits are endless: it cleanses, smoothes, polishes your body while sweetening your scent. Also, it can help improve circulation, heal blemishes, and fight unsexy cellulite.

Step Three: Get Relaxed

Stress is proven to make you look and feel less sexy. The spa cure? A massage. With a discount to take the stress off your wallet too, preferably. Everyday-sexy relaxation tip: Get more sleep. The more sleep you get, the less stressed you will be, the sexier you will feel, which will probably lead to you having more sex, and thus getting less sleep, but it’s okay! Having sex is, without a doubt, the best thing you can do to feel sexier.
