Prepare Your Purses: Marni is Heading to H&M!
From vibrant colors to daring prints, guys and gals are in for a luxurious spring courtesy of Marni’s fab H&M collection!
Just when we thought all the splurging was over, we caught wind of another irresistible release! Luxe Italian label Marni has teamed with H&M for a spring collection.
The line will hit 260 H&M stores across the globe and the chain’s website on March 8, 2012. It will feature clothing and accessories for men and women at standard H&M prices.
Designed by Consuelo Castiglioni, Marni’s creative director, expect a collection chock full of bold hues, color blocking, and African-inspired prints. Pieces will range from pleated skirts and cropped pants to jewelry, shoes, and handbags. For the guy in your life, there will be menswear classics in an array of colors.
“I wanted to create a true Marni wardrobe by revisiting all our favorite pieces in signature fabrics and prints,” Castiglioni said in a press release. “As always, I love juxtaposing prints and colors, mixing modern tribal with Bauhaus graphic adding sporty utilitarian elements.”
Marni is the latest design house to collaborate with H&M. The brand has previously partnered with major designers like Stella McCartney, Karl Lagerfeld, Lanvin, Versace, and Jimmy Choo.
