1. Oh, Canada by Inniskillin

Ingredients:

2 ounce Inniskillin Riesling Icewine

1 ounce Aged Rum

3/4 ounce Pineapple juice

1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a highball or rocks glass. Fill with crushed or cracked ice and top with a float of Angostura Bitters.

red white vodka

2. Red, White & Vodka

Ingredients:

1 ounce PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur

1 ounce Vodka

1 ounce White Chocolate Liqueur

1/2 ounce Simple Syrup

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled glass and garnish by floating pomegranate seeds on top. Glass: Martini; Garnish: Pomegranate Seeds.

Ingredients:

1 Orange Segment

3-5 Fresh Basil Leaves

3 ounce Vodka

1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth

1/2 ounce Cointreau

1/4 ounce Simple Syrup

1/4 ounce Chilean Extra Virgin Olive Oil (CEVOO)

Directions:

In a shaker, muddle orange segment and basil leaves. Add vodka, Cointreau, dry vermouth, simple syrup and CEVOO then add ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass and float a drop of CEVOO over the top.
