Admission one sheet

It’s movie time, Bettys! Up next on our calendar of Flicks We Can’t Wait to See is Admission, directed by Paul Weitz of About a Boy fame (which, you might recall, starred a young Nicholas Hoult, who has since grown up into a bonafide star) and starring Tina Fey and Paul Rudd. It hits cinemas on March 22, and we’re counting down the days!

Here’s the dish: In it, straight-laced Princeton University admissions officer Portia Nathan (Tina) is caught off-guard when she makes a recruiting visit to an alternative high school overseen by her former college classmate, the free-wheeling John Pressman (Paul). It seems, you see, that John’s gifted and unconventional student Jeremiah (Nat Wolff) might in fact be the son that Portia secretly gave up for adoption many years ago. Soon, Portia finds herself bending the rules for her maybe-son, putting at risk the life she always thought she wanted—but in the process finding a way to a surprising and exhilarating life and romance she never dreamed of having.

  1. As a great movie in general, and a Paul Rudd movie, I absolutely love “The Perks of Being A Wallflower.” The journey of trying to find out who you are is one of the greatest struggles for both teenagers, and some adults alike.

  2. My favorite Tina movie is “Date Night” for sure!

Liked on Facebook (I’m Gab Rose), I follow on Twitter (I’m @gab_the_bomb) and I commented on a style article. I love Tina Fey and can’t wait to see her in Admission!

  3. Paul Rudd was a fun character in the Perks of Being a Wallflower which I saw as a sneak preview or as some people call it – an advanced movie screening. It was definitely for teens. I don’t have Facebook.

  4. Like FB as Kyhere Here. I’ll go obscure with Paul Rudd movies. I was surprised to see him (for a second or 2) when I rewatched Cider House Rules. I love that movie.

  5. I liked BettyConfidential on Facebook and followed on Twitter. My Face book url is and my twittter handle is @VestaJMason.
